Project Overview
Starting from a blank floor plate, the Perth Chest Clinic fitout covered both public and private work areas for this specialised sector.
Works completed included the installation of new hydraulics for 12 medical treatment rooms; fitout of 200m2 of general workstation and offices; installation of new male, female and disabled toilets for public use; the construction of a Negative Pressure Room for Tuberculosis patients including a specialist mechanical fume hood; building of an X-ray Room with adjoining change-room and operating theatre; a new tea preparation facility, a reception area and meeting rooms; plus, the upgrade of existing disabled access and mechanical plant.
