About This Project

Project Overview

Aurora Project Group was engaged by Knight Frank working with IA Design to deliver an additional stage of works within 55 St Georges Terrace. This additional stage consisted of three Show Suite on lv 3, 4, and 6 which were built simultaneously utilising the same subcontractors to ensure the best value for money was achieved for the client.

The show suites were each designed and constructed as flexible fitouts to ensure prospective tenants were provided with “ready-to-move” floor plans and practical options.

Each show suite was of a different design, size and position on the floor plate.

The original programme for this project was 12 weeks, with final PC occurring two weeks early.

The right way

The building position is within a challenging area of the CBD and our Project Team ensured there was a high level of communication and management with all stakeholders, eliminating any potential project risks.

The original project programme of 12 weeks, was able to be shorten to 10 weeks due to the strong management and coordination by the Project Team with the Designers and PM Company.
