Aurora Project Group was engaged by Knight Frank to provide base build upgrades for levels 4, 5, 6, 10, the ground floor lobby and entrance within 55 St Georges Terrace.
The base build upgrades consisted of full demolition; new ceilings – exposed soffit ceiling, suspended grid & tile and flushed plaster board; new services – electrical, mechanical and fire; new light fixtures; installation of new switchboards; and new flooring – polished concrete and carpets.
The ground floor lobby and entrance were refurbished with new flooring, walls finishes and both internal and external tiling.
Aurora worked with the current occupants of the building to ensure the demolition works did not create any environmental issues. The lobby entrance works involved strict health and safety protocols due to the public and tenancy foot traffic.
The property owner and the PM engaged Aurora over number of stages due to the continued success of each project.
